  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

2. Product Information & Customisations

  • We have made every effort to display the colours, sizes, and images of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be perfectly accurate.

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces require precise craftsmanship and take an average of 14 working days to complete.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer 100% free shipping to all parts of India.

  • Standard product orders are processed and shipped within an average of 7 working days.

  • Customised products take an average of 14 working days for delivery.

  • While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control (e.g., courier issues or extreme weather).

4. Cancellation & Exchange Policy

We maintain a strict "No Returns" policy. Products are eligible for exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

  • Thorough Inspection: All products must be thoroughly inspected by our team before an exchange is approved. If a product is damaged or broken, the exchange value will be determined strictly after this physical inspection.

  • Valuation & Deductions:

    • Real/Natural Diamonds: A 10% deduction applies to the diamond value upon exchange.

    • Making Charges: 100% of the making charges will be deducted.

    • Other Gemstones: No exchange value is provided for other gemstones or precious stones.

  • Credit Notes: We do not offer physical cash payouts. Any balance owed to you after an exchange will be issued as a credit note.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this Site, including but not limited to images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Bliss Diamonds and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • In no case shall Bliss Diamonds, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products procured using the Site.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
