Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Bliss Diamonds, we want you to love your jewellery. Due to the value and craftsmanship of our pieces, we have a clear and straightforward policy for exchanges to ensure complete transparency.

1. The Golden Rule: No Returns, Only Exchanges

• We do not offer returns or cash refunds on any purchases.

• Items are strictly eligible for exchange only.

2. Mandatory Inspection

• An exchange will only be initiated after our team has thoroughly inspected the product.

• If the product is damaged or broken, the final exchange value will be decided only after this thorough physical inspection.

3. Valuation & Deductions

When calculating the value of your exchange, the following standardized deductions apply:

• Diamonds (Real/Natural): A 10% deduction will be applied to the value of the diamonds.

• Making Charges: 100% of the making charges will be deducted (there is no exchange value for making charges).

• Other Gemstones: We do not offer any exchange value for other gemstones or precious stones.

4. Credit Notes

• We do not provide physical cash payouts under any circumstances.

• If your exchange results in a balance owed to you, it will be issued strictly in the form of a credit note.
