The Shipping Scoop

• It’s on the house: Shipping is 100% free to all parts of India.

• Standard orders: You can expect your standard pieces to hit your doorstep in about 7 working days.

• Custom orders: Perfection takes a minute! If you’ve ordered a customised piece, it will take an average of 14 working days to reach you.

The Exchange Playbook

We don't do returns or cash refunds, but we've got a super clear exchange process to make sure things are completely transparent.

1. The Golden Rule No returns. Items are strictly eligible for exchange only.

2. The Inspection Process Before any exchange gets the green light, our team will thoroughly inspect the product. If your piece is damaged or broken, the final exchange value will be decided only after we've had a good look at it.

3. The Math (Deductions) When we calculate your exchange value, here is exactly how it breaks down:

• Real/Natural Diamonds: A 10% deduction applies to the diamond value.

• Making Charges: 100% of the making charges are deducted (zero exchange value here).

• Other Gemstones: We do not offer any exchange value for other gemstones or precious stones.

4. Credit Notes Only We don’t do physical cash payouts under any circumstances. If your exchange leaves a balance owed to you, it will be issued strictly as a credit note for your next purchase.
