• No return of order will be accepted.
• Cancellations will not be done in case of the order shipped.
• No return or cancellation of orders ordered for made to order shall be allowed once the jewellery piece is already crafted.
• Only prepaid option is available.
• Exchange allowed against Bliss Diamonds products only.
• The policy of exchange includes 10% less on the current ongoing price of the diamonds, current gold price will be considered and deduction of the full amount of making charges. If any piece of diamond is damaged or the jewellery piece is damaged the deductions will be done after evaluating the whole piece.
• The price may differ in made to order products than the price displayed. The estimation of price range will be given before hand and then the order will be confirmed. The total final amount will be confirmed and then the order will be shipped.
